NO REFUNDS ON MEMBERSHIP FEES. Credits will be issued to your KBC Customer Portal. We cannot exchange worn boxing equipment. If you need to reschedule/cancel a private class or training, you must do so 24 hours prior to your scheduled session. If for any reason you are unable to attend a scheduled session, you must notify Keller Boxing Club (via phone or email) of cancellation 24 hours prior to scheduled session. If you do not appear for a scheduled appointment or fail to give 24-hour notice, you will be charged for the full session. Membership cancellations require 1-months' full tuition. Tuition + processing fees are auto-drafted on or around the 1st of each month. Tuition that is not received by 11:59pm on the 5th of the month will incur a $35 late fee. Students cannot participate until tuition is settled.
